I won “Best Presenter” at a Hackathon and 2 RyanAir tickets as a prize!
Starting at 9am, we engaged with fellow students, mentors & Dublin Airport employees, hacking the challenges faced by the Dublin Airport.
After 2 hours of intense discussions, we pitched our ideas in 30secs, hoping to form the best team.
Soon, we got together in teams of 4 and discussed solutions for real airport challenges.
My team and I explored options to increase the click-rate and revenue for Dublin Airport’s e-commerce platform.
We brainstormed for hours & hours, modified our ideas, prepared our pitch deck, and finally pitched to our judges.
It’s amazing how many ideas all the teams could come up in 8 hours!
The night ended with a lovely dinner, and an unexpected announcement for the “Best Presenter” (eep!)
Excited for the Provost’s hackathon!
