“We’ll give you bulk work of 60,000 words, promise”
A lady messaged me a few minutes ago.
She wanted 1 blog every day, coming up to 60,000 words every month.
I quoted my fee.
She replied, “We are working with more than 28 writers… for ₹0.5 per word ($0.007)”
“We promise you will get bulk work for a year”
Here’s the thing:
1. Why would I work MORE for less money?
2. Why would I want to slog over 25-30 blogs for ₹30,000 ($400) when I could earn that much with 3-4 blogs?
Enticing with ‘bulk work’ for less money is the wrong strategy.
I would rather work less but get paid what I ask for.
