Phone calls are overrated.
Texts/emails are underrated.
This is how I share work updates with my clients:
1. WhatsApp message
3. Tag them on the Google Doc
If things can be done over text and can save your client’s (and your) time, don’t set up a call.
Plus, the written word stays longer than the spoken word.
Keep things simple.
