My client made me so uncomfortable that I refunded the advance payment…

A few days ago, I had a new client.

We discussed the details of the work, and the client promptly made the payment.

I indicated that it would take 3-4 days to receive the international payment.

Yet the client kept calling me repeatedly, asking if I had received the money.

The client called me three times when I was on another call, even when I hung up the call.

Received calls twice when I was in a lecture, and the client would have kept calling if I wouldn’t have texted that I was in a lecture.

This was a big red flag.

I just did not want to work with this client anymore.

Within the next 2-3 days, he waved more red flags, ones that I couldn’t ignore.

Eventually, I refused to work for the client and refunded the advance payment.
