How freelancers can improve their mental health:

1. Choose ‘stress-free’ clients

Strive to find clients who are ‘easy’ to work with. Strive to find clients who value your work and efforts. (Yes, they are such clients out there.)

2. Focus on making money.

Money pays your bills and gives you the freedom to choose your clients, teammates and working hours. Of course, don’t use the money to solve problems it cannot solve!

3. Respect yourself and your time.

Fire clients and teammates if needed. Walk away from unpleasant and energy-draining people.
